I am disappointed, I have used TurboTax for many years, and for the first time when I have encountered a situation where I need advice - I find it very difficult to get any. My husband passed in March of 2020 - and my e-file return continues to be rejected. I have entered information re AGI and Pin exactly as requested.

Great Product! Watch fr hidden fees

Turbo Tax makes entering info and filing your taxes very straight forward. Guides you smoothly through the process. I was surprised, however, when a $40. unexplained fee appeared just as I was about to hit submit. Although this fee is never announced, it is a separate cost for deducting the cost of filing your state return from your refund. A $40. service fee to pay a $20. filing fee. Nice try, Turbo Tax. By backtracking, I found out I can pay the state filing fee by credit card, and save $40. This fact, however, is never stated as an option.
