Versatility with options to review topics on a summary basis or drill down as needed. Online help menu answers most questions, and I like the fact that you can contact expert users with questions.

TurboTax as easy as taxes ever are

I'm grateful that completing my tax return via TurboTax is as easy as it is. My only source of confusion was how to enter my three 1098s due to refinance, But once figured out, the return went smoothly. Thanks to you.

Had A Problems This Year - 2020 taxes

I've used Turbotax for many years and this is the first year I had a problem. It doubled the income on my U.S. series E bond interest. I was able to work around it, though. Need a good way to send feedback to Turbotax programmers.

Turbo Tax is awesome

I've used Turbo Tax for many years and have never had a problem with the software. It's very comprehensive and easy to use. I highly recommend it's use and it makes filing electronically a snap.

Turbo Tax A disappointment

The preparation went relatively smooth, there not any complicated issues. The Tax Return was accepted by the IRS but when I tried to print a hard copy for my records it was impossible! The form had the watermark DO NOT FILE..etc. I tried different suggested ways but to no avail, even trying to print the voucher to use to pay the owed taxes was next to impossible. This got very frustrating and ruined any and all good impression I might have had, I think it is a major draw back and I saw similar complaints as far as 2016, so it is not anything new. Why has it not been fixed?
Last but not least, at the place where my and my wife's signatures are supposed to be we entered some pin numbers but this were missing. Why? I would like an exact copy of what I submitted to the IRS, and I have got it yet.
I filled the forms following your instructions so in essence you were the paid preparer. I paid the by your software, and followed your instructions and your calculations. The preparer should appear as TurboTax 2020 or something like that.
I am very disappointed!

I was able to import prior year's returns and this speeds up the process quite a bit. Federal returns are a breeze.
Just wish state taxes would be able to e-file without additional fees ($60 in total for an electronic deposit, no thank you!) but filing them by mail is also an option

Best Way To File Taxes!

This is my second year to use Turbo Tax. It is very easy to use and understand. It gives me peace of mind that it is done right. Plus now I can e-file.
