TurboTax is easy for most people

I have used TurboTax Deluxe for at least 20 years, and it makes filing taxes pretty easy. My only suggestion for improvement is on the payment screens - they don't fit on the computer screen and don't allow for manual resizing or scrolling, so I had to guess when to hit enter to move to the next page (tab once, hit enter - thats the privacy policy; go back, tab twice - that's cancel; go back, hit tab 3 times - Ah! That's it!) It shouldn't be that difficulty, and this is at least the 3rd year that I've had this problem! Intuit --- Fix this issue, please!!

Great experience, one problem with State return

Easy to use and has great capabilities. However, couldn't figure out how an 'X' ended up in Michigan Schedule 1 Additions and Subtractions, #22 box D, for Filer. Wasn't in prior year's return, and birth year of 1947 should have prevented it. Discovered while reviewing page-by-page.

Turbo Tax Has Issues

I would rather had the ability to enter my own credit card to process the State Tax portion of Turbo Tax, but because of an error I only had one option to have the higher cost taken from my return. I tried to call Turbo Tax only to discover the wait times were crazy

Over 30 Years without an Audit

I have used Turbo Tax since it was first introduced as Mac-In-Tax in the 1980's. It has consistently filed my taxes with ease and accuracy. In 1984 I was transferred and my company hired a Big Name accounting firm to do my taxes. Turbo Tax afforded me a better refund than the professionals.

Really had a hard time .

I really had a hard time e-mailing my returns. I was not able to take vehicle deductions, like in 2019. You have to really hunt for the telephone # for support.
