I like that it takes last years info and applies for this year. My taxes are pretty simple, but I also used it when we owned a business and had extensive investments

TurboTax is Very Good

TurboTax worked very well for me except for tax info I imported from my brokerage account. I had many transactions where the proceeds and/or basis were small values (< $0.50). TurboTax tends to round these to 0 which caused errors. I had to go in and manually correct these.

Difficult to use!

Turbo tax is getting more difficult to use every year. Unable to add information without explanation (taken as standard deduction instead of the ability to enter information). Will look for another tax product next year or just get the forms from the govt website and do it myself without having to pay for this frustration!

Informative and Complete process

Turbo Tax has been extremely helpful with all my tax issues. They keep you updated via email or text. Some of their answers go around in a circle but you have the option of a chat or calling them.
