More thorough than my last accountant

I decided to try Turbo Tax on my own this year because last year my accountant wasn't helpful when it came to an error on my return and helping to correct my return. Using Turbo Tax was easy and gives me piece of mind with the added Audit Protection service. I filed in less time and got more of a return back than when using my accountant.

Your e-file of state returns fails

Your payment center doesn't work. It refuses to accept my credit card, using it as a 'guest'. I entered information correctly but it didn't work in the week prior to February 15 and in the week after February 15. I also don't like the fact that you dropped support for Windows 7. I used a Windows 10 computer and saw nothing handled differently from last year when I used Windows 7.

Glitches this year

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and been greatly satisfied. However, I experienced several glitches this year in following the easy-step process, forcing me to work directly on the forms and make corrections. For example, the automated process skipped right over the place where I should have been able to enter my 1098 info. I know they keep updating through the tax season, but this was more problematic than I was expecting.
