Continued success with Turbo Tax Deluxe

I have used Turbo Tax Deluxe for at least 15 years. Never a question concerning audits. Everything goes smoothly and Turbo Tax always jogs my mind concerning deductions and where I can get the most back. Simple and efficient

Easy Does IT!

TurboTax is easy to use and thorough. The import feature from Quicken reduces input time. E-filing is quick and easy. I have confidence that TurboTax has allowed me to get maximum return, prepare my taxes accurately and file them securely.

Worked well but had minor issue

I use TurboTax every year. it went smoothly until it came to the handling of the 1095 healthcare form. It only asked about the 1095A. I do not get my health care through the Affordable care act. I'm retired and get it through my company. This should handle all 1095 forms A, B and C. I had to select NO for a 1095A and it gave me a message that doing so may hold up my refund. Just this one issue slowed and delay my tax file completion/submission. Please improve for next year.

Should be better by now

I do Federal and two state returns. Fed goes pretty smoothly, and the auto-fill features are appreciated. But the state returns are lazy and clueless. They ask questions that make no sense without their printed instructions in front of you (and hey, where did those go?) and I always require translation and guidance from one of your experts. If they have the answers, why doesn't the software? By the time I'm done, it's taken longer than it used to by hand.
