turbo tax is grate sfotware

Turbo Tax is great for Federal

This is the 4thy ear I have had problems filing Illinois Taxes. I Paid my money to e-file and have had to send them in. Very disappointed. I have entered all the correct information and still not excepted by e-file. Otherwise I am very happy with Turbo tax

It's cumbersome.

When using the walk through, you have to scroll down every time to get a new category. The next category button should be at the top.

Disappointed this year in a couple of things

This year my Federal and State returns were rejected due to AGI or PIN differences. I have used Turbotax for over 10 years and the AGI and PIN were passed from last year's file so should have been correct. I got the IRS transcript and updated the AGI (by $11) and the return would still not be accepted. Also disappointed that I could not file the state elecrtronically if the Federal return could not be submitted electronically. Disappointed in the product this year.
