The Representative I talked to was great it is the fact that I had to get a download of Turbo tax and I was told I was NOT going to have to pay anything to file and I had to pay.

Using IP PIN is a pain

You have to search where to enter this information if the IRS has issued you an IP PIN. It is not a prompt and is difficult to figure out. Maybe not if you use the product multiple times in a year.
