online version. very disappointing.

I tried the online version and wasted an entire evening on entering and re-entering my tax information in different version of your software. Just offer a fair price and allow people to use your software. And then at the very end, I get message that my returns can't be filed electronically. I ended up downloading the PC version, like I should have done in the first place and all worked well.

TurboTax is very good and easy to use.

I needed to file a previous year's tax documents. TurboTax stepped me through the process just as easily as if it were the current year's return. Even though we ended up paying, it was much less painful knowing I had the right information in the right boxes.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
