Not as good as it used to be

This year Turbo Tax didn't have any where near as many question/answer features like it used to have. Additionally, I did not see any mention for the Covid-19 deferred tax payment for a 401k early withdrawal. (My brokerage firm said taxes on a distribution could be paid over 3 years for early withdrawals due to Covid-19 hardships.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

All went well, I had a problem signing into Intuit, so had to have the you take the state cost and payment out of my refund instead of using credit card.

Turbo Tax saves me time and money

I like Turbo tax because it imports my W-2 information, saving me a lot of time and prevents transcription errors.
