Turbo Tax Not Used Friendly

Received email notice in October 2019 that the 2020 Deluxe Desktop was ready. I [aid $70 for it using my American Express. I chose to prepare taxes online and was asked to pay an additional $70 plus $40 for processing e-file. Called Representative who took time and patience to solve my problem. Had to do the entire 1040 over again.

I enjoy doing my taxes , after paying some one to do my takes I fit its better to do it my self, i have simple deductions and i can take 20 minutes to review and learn.

Turbotax is easy to use as usual. This year Forms 1040ES were printed with background text stating not to file. Confusing.

I was nervous about filing my own taxes. We had used an agency for many years, spending hundreds of dollars every year. And we had no unusual deductions. Never knew that it would be so easy!
