There were longer than normal hold times when I reached out to a representative, but once they came online they were quick and knowledgeable in answering my questions. I have been using Turbo Tax for years and they have never disappointed me in the easy of their program or getting assistance when you need it.

I have been using the TurboTax for over a decade.I have tried other software and find TurboTax to be easier, more efficient and accurate. I have recommended it to a number of friends who previously used a professional preparer. It makes sense and saves money!

Problem e-filing

I have used Turbo Tax for years. This is the first time I tried e-file. I was Charged $21+ on my capital One Credit card. The e-file was rejected so I filed by USPS. How do I get a refund for filing my returns to SC and US Treasury.

TurboTax continues to be, after many years, great.

TurboTax allowed me to go back any times, as I received more info., and I either added info or had to correct prior info. And this over a period of several weeks. The comparisons with prior years. generated by Turbotax, were helpful with my personal accounting, forecasting and budgeting (and possible error checking).
