Generally good

Generally does a good job but found some errors that were introduced when I entered something in a category the changed my mind and moved it to a different category. The original data showed up on the forms even though it was zeroed out in EasyStep, leaving me no way to fix it. I was forced to start over from scratch and reenter all my data. This happened not once but several times in different areas. Very disappointed in Turbo Tax accuracy.

Appreciate the general ease of using Turbo Tax each year. Would have rated 5 stars, however, the charitable tax portion was hard to go back to fix not understanding that one can file charitable cash donations even though one is taking the standard deduction. I'm still not certain I completed this correctly.

TURBOTAX NEEDS TO DROP TH $20 FEE FOR STATE FILING
