I have used Tubotax since the 90's

I use Turbo tax every year. I find it very easy and I do not have to worry about new law changes. I find it fast and I the review at the end with audit check.

I LOVE Turbo Tax

I have used Turbo Tax for several years.. probably since the beginning. I use to "project" my income tax as soon as it is released in November .

At Least One Thing Missing

Turbo-Tax didn't seem to ask for the IP-PIN sent from the IRS. As a result they rejected my first submittal and I had to enter it directly onto the Form 1040 and resubmit.

Turbotax and their help desk

Turbotax and their help desk people are very good. However, for a few years now we have needed an additional state for a very small amount income. Turbotax charges $40 per state which is almost as much as their Federal plus one State software. After paying that fee the other state's refund was essentially wiped out. Additional states, especially after buying the regular software, should cost less than half of that.
