easy to use and navigate turbotax deluxe

Did my return and it got rejected so I had to call for help. The CD jacket does not have the phone number. You need to include it. It was hard to get. Also you should instruct users who paper filed the previous year that the AGI to enter at the end is zero and not what is on the tax return from the prior year

It works muck better than earlier versions

In the past there were a numbers of glitches between file information. seems much better now.

Less user friendly

It seemed a lot harder to use this year. This has to be my 4th or 5th year to use turbo tax and this had to be the hardest. If this was my first year using turbo tax it would probably be my last.
