Unable to file a complete tax forms

I e-filed my federal and state tax form and received Federal tax file numbers but when I checked no forms were received by either. Turbo Tax even said I never filed.

Turbo Tax Deluxe CD - Great

This year was a little hard that years past. Had to get support and contact Customer Service. Great experience, rep was so helpful and worked with me until my problem was resolved. Wonderful, can't enough with the rep I worked with!

Not worth it anymore

With Federal being standard deduction now this product isn't worth it. The CA portion was extremely confusing regarding the mortgage calculation and no clear instructions were given. Neither was there a good explanation for it online. I was purchasing the program to make sure I understood what I was filling out and to make it more accurate. Since I now can't understand the numbers it's calculating and it's giving me no clear answers, I don't recommend this product anymore.
