Easy as pie!

First time user, retiree, simple to understand and utilize. Uploads were accessible and great for easy transfer of data and calculations. Also a reasonable price compared to paying hundreds on accounting fees in the past.

We are very satisfied with the product but we paid extra $40.00 to buy the State Tax product, and an extra $20.00 to efile the State return

Following the directions provided makes the processes easy and if needed there are explanations of why and how to. Even further you can get help from one of Turbo Tax's Reps. I have been a user of Turbo Tax for over 20 years.

2020 Turbo Tax - Standardized fields missing

Its gets annoying to have to fill in the registration info and credit card info at filing when the info is already in all computers these days to prepopulate standardized fields, or is in the previous years return. The first step should be import from last years return. Also need to use standardized field names so they can be populated from the computer files.

Turbo Tax 2021

Fully comprehensive on doing taxes. I have had no issues with the IRS since I started using Turbotax. Was audit before and had math errors in my return. Started using TurboTax after that and have had no other issues.

Super easy and patiently have the system walk me through every little thing. The system even asks if something isn't clear and/or gives me the opportunity to back up and review information.
