NJ State FLI is Confusing

NJ State FLI is Confusing. Company puts entry on a different line than the software. When i put on same line as company, I end up with double salary, but no where to check off that i did not have double my salary. Other than that, very easy to use.

error in E-file transmission

I been using TurboTax for the last 19 years, and I never had any problems using it.
This time one of the pages had 2 errors that I corrected, and still it will not let me transmit my taxes. after a couple times trying I decided to send my taxes forms through the mail

Great program, but hassle to file on new computer

I love Turbo Tax, however apparently my new computer is not compatible with their efile system. I had to change my display settings multiple times to process payment and efile. It was a real hassle. Seems to be a known issue and still no fix.

Poor product

I have used Turbo Tax for several years and this year was bad. What bother me is all the scrolling down to get to the next screen. Also, the audit defense to you back to questions that were answered but it said you didn't. What other flaws are there? That is not good when a program you purchase to do your taxes has errors.
