Turbo tax is okay..

I have used this program for years. It works, but I feel the expense is too high.

Not Happy! Many problems with Turbotax this year.

First the program wouldn't download properly. I had to contact customer service to fix. Then My state school district tax form wouldn't populate properly. No happy!

Had all my forms ready, transferred most info from last year's return, Added my form data (for some reason would not import), and filed the same day. We are in the grasp of an ice storm which may have some influence on the imports.
