I can't imagine the nightmare of having to tackle the federal 1040 form and all associated adminstrivia without some kind of expert help. TurboTax really helps.

Turbo Tax is fair this year. use to be very good.

I have used Turbo Tax for several years. It used to be easy to work with but it was a pain this time. I still have more to do and I hope I don't have anymore trouble.

SW Great-Payment Process for State filing SUCKS!

Software great and easy to use. The payment process for State SUCKS! Why isn't there a disclaimer on the payment window to go to your settings and change the display layout to 100%. What idiot forgot to inform the end user this step??

It walks you through the steps fairly easy. Lots of saving and reviews. Does take a while to load disk on computer for first time use.

Easier than I thought

I have been a long time user of Turbo Tax, but feared doing taxes for my parents because they're retired. Last year they paid a service almost $200 to take the standard deduction. Turbo Tax came through again, it walked me through everything and it may have taken some time to get all the information typed in, I'm happy to say I was able to save them $200 this year.

I started using Turbo Taxes years ago even though I have to travel a hour to buy the program, it is well worth it. It is very easy and walks you threw step by step. I recommend it to everyone.
