Still don't have our refund from 2019 tax year. TT didn't catch an error I made on form 8962 even though it could have found the error based on what I entered on form 1095-A.

Still the best but could be better

TurboTax has the best user interface of any program I use, but every year it coughs up a few irritating quirks. This year it got hung in an infinite loop on all four "review" sections (Fed, CA, NM, CA) and I had to kill it externally, restart, and skip those "review" sections, because they got hung every time. Then there was the annual problem logging in to purchase state returns; whatever I did the year before didn't work this year, but an elaborate email/phone dance eventually got the job done.
