Rejected retunr

My return was rejected due to AGI ... the support site was lacking in information on how to submit using my PIN instead of AGI for the desktop. I ended up having to print and mail after submitting twice with the same results. I've used TurboTax for 15+ years and this is the first issue I've had ... the lack of support was disappointing.

TurboTax Deluxe didn't do my state taxes upset

Well, I was very upset to find I could not do my State Taxes for South Carolina this year having bought Deluxe for years. Not sure I will use Turbo tax in the future.

TurboTax shows an error that caused a rejection?

After completing all the information and double checking, we submitted our e-filing, We were rejected based on an incorrect AGI which we checked back and it was correct.

Turbo Tax is a fantastic program

I have been using Turbo Tax when it first came out in the 90's. It was on the old floppy disk back then. Very easy program to use, with all its features finds any mistakes you may have made. Very user friendly. I never tried any of the other software programs, this one always worked great no need to change.

your website continues to reject my user name and password. This cost me $60.00 because I could not use my credit card to pay the State filing fee.
