Rejection walk through

Turbo Tax unable to walk you through to retrieve lost file and also unable to walk you through the IRS rejection process. Very poor to know what to do when it comes to reusing a previous e-file that got rejected.

I have been using turbo tax for the the last 20 or more years. I will continue to use turbo tax for many more years to come. I would not change a thing.

As always, the only tax software I trust

I have used Turbo Tax for decades. The software and the company keeps everything up to date. They make it as easy as can be considering all the complicated forms the Federal and State come up with. They have your back with constant reviews of your return and suggests to maximize your deductions legally. I would not try any other programs. I have already signed up for next year's edition.

I have been using Turbo Tax for over 6 years, and each year it gets easier. Granted, I have a very straightforward tax situation, but the questions that TT prompts are clear and understandable. I am very happy with Turbo Tax and would recommend it.

Have use Turbo Tax for many, many years. Love it. And will continue to use it. But, there is only one thing I dislike is HAVING to make a review to complete the program.
