Turbotax makes my tax filing easier.

A quality product that makes doing taxes easy!

I've been using Turbo Tax pretty much since the product was created. It's fast, easy, and perfect for my situation-Low 6 figure income, taxable investments requiring Form 1040 filing, and retirement contributions, but still using standard deduction. I've never been disappointed. Electronic filing is fast and free for Federal (no state income tax in Texas so no need to pay for additional state product), and my refund is generally direct deposited within 10 days of the return being filed.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments

Step by step, easy to use and it beats paying 300 for tax returns services from a CPA, granted simple returns if i had investments and complicated returns that could change.

Issue with import from my financial institution

one entry on a 1099-B that had to do with a disallowed wash (no idea even what that was) and in the review, Turbo Tax told me it should be left empty, and -0- was filled in. It showed me an example but didn't tell me where to go back and find it. It was very difficult for me to find, but I eventually did but had to check a lot of links and worried each time i was going to mess it all up.
