Turbo tax Made Easy

Turbo Tax made it very to complete my taxes. I did not notice the capability to do an estimated tax for 2021,to calculate how much i would be owing. I income will be changing.

Turbo Tax is hard to use on a Mac

This product is. cumbersome. As a former professional tax preparer for a CPA, now retired, this product is extremely slow and some what disjointed. I think I could do it by hand faster.

Turbotax 2020 Experience - Minor inconveniences

1. Had a problem handling RMD where some was returned since RMD was not required to be taken in 2020. Turbotax flagged the process. Turbotax Support Accountant experimented with ways to circumvent problem. She was very thorough in resolving the issue which might have been a software bug.
2. Some worksheets were producing errors forcing me to enter an x in boxes which had no affect on my calculations. For optional worksheets (such as the Stimulus worksheet) I should have had an ability to ignore processing the worksheet.

Horrible

Have to reactivate the TurboTax every time I use it because the laptop shuts off or goes in to sleep mode at night. I expect to be able to 5 tax returns on one laptop without having to reactivate...as they say you should.
