Turbo tax is good but does not give free state

I have used Turbo Tax for MANY years and love the way it does taxes. Each year it promises a free state return but each year I have had to pay $20 for filing my state. I have probably spent over 100.00 on state filings.

Turbo Tax is a great tool for doing your own taxes

The process walks you through all the information needed to complete your tax return. Double checks your entries for accuracy numerous times to prevent errors. Great too for tax preparation. Will continue to use for many years to come. Would definitely recommend to friends.
