Software is VERY slow, but relatively accurate.

Software is VERY slow to load and update. Updates that are state they will take less than one minute may take up to 15-20 minutes. I have not filed a MA state return in years, but Turbo Tax continues to load software for that state return. Most forms seem accurate, but Turbo Tax missed one item for a SC state income tax credit (Form SC104TC). This is something that I have had to correct for several years.

Great for straight forwarding filing, any deviation you have to mail in your return which defeats the convenience of e-filing. I've done this for 2 years now, so don't really feel as if I'm getting my money's worth.

Another Great Experience

I've used TurboTax for many years. This year's experience was easy and quick because I downloaded information from financial institutions into the software. The software fills in the appropriate forms and files electronically. The software's value exceeds its price in my case.

Turbo Tax saved me a CPA fee

My husband passed this tax year and Tubo Tax handled all of the issues! I also sold a house and bought a house - no problem Turbo Tax handled it. I've been using Turbo Tax since home PCs were available and never ever had an audit issue.
