I love the way Turbo Tax covers all the options AND explains them to me!
My only issue is that there is no option for filing my state taxes by mail. My state refund is only $27, so paying $20 to e-file would not be economical.

great software and easy to use reason why i started to use this software for filling my tax return only downfall is some states require addition cost to electronically submit. if we pay for a software it should also cover the electronic submission at least that's how i see it
