Went through the whole process, then Turbo Tax came back with my AGI was inaccurate. I checked my records, and I had input the correct amount. Don't know why!!

Confusing and less than user friendly

I cannot find my prior year returns although I have been using Turbo Tax since 2017. Very frustrating since I have to input all info and I don't get a comparison to the prior year input. Also, when I call up a Form I don't know how to get out of it without closing Turbo Tax and then reopening. I'm sure that can be done but I couldn't figure it out.

I have used Turbo Tax for 15 years now and it is the only way to do my tax returns.
