Your service has become more difficult

I keep getting caught in loops asking for information and it's unclear why the information is incomplete? I had trouble paying my state filing fee by credit card because your system kept rejecting valid passwords. I got to information pages with no continue buttons to go further. Inexplicably, I finally, after a frustrating hour, stumbled into an easy payment access? I've been using Turbo Tax for 30 years & each ensuing year it gets more quirky & difficult to use.

What's with the updates?

Every time I open Turbo Tax there is always a new "update". I understand it may not be TTs fault but shouldn't the forms still be acceptable? California needs to quit changing the rules right before gametime.

Great easy to use and fast

I have been using turbo tax for years now and they always get me the most refund. They go through each section really well to make sure I get the most back each year. I will continue to use them moving forward! If there was one negative, I wish when you buy the software in the store that you did not also have to pay a fee to file after you already paid for the software, that's a minor gripe though.

Double check your return

Review your return to the underlying detail before you e-file!!! Found two issues with my return where the TurboTax software had an error -- one of them even TurboTax couldn't figure out why the issue was happening.

I did not use a turbotax expert. Taxes are getting more complicated every year. Turbotax was fairly easy.
