2020 TurboTax Deluxe

I have been using this product since it was MacInTax. Very reliable and simple to use for those of us that have been doing our own taxes long before software was available for consumers. I bought TurboTax Deluxe thinking it was TurboTax Deluxe + State so I ended up spending a total of $79 instead of $49 total. That sucked. Oh, well.

Rejected Federal E-file AGI deceased spouse

Everything was working well. Joint e-filed noting my husband's death. Return was rejected due to AGI. I followed Turbo Tax instructions. The AGI summitted as well as the PIN were correct. I resubmitted 3 times for my Federal and two state returns. Help from Turbo Tax said to print and mail. I'd already paid for two states e-filing. This is the first year I ever had a problem e-filing. Looked through Help and found this issue was affecting many of the e-filers who lost a spouse in 2020. PLEASE fix it. It's enough to lose a spouse and have to deal with filing the return. I could always count on Turbo Tax, please don't let others down as you did me this year. I'll have to absorb the cost of e-filing in two states due to this. It's not right. I look forward to using your product again next year as a widow.

Everything great until screen to pay w/Credit Card

I've been using Turbo Tax for years and everything was going well except at the very end where I have to log into my account to pay for e-filing my state taxes. The Java program was way too big for my screen and I couldn't see the button to click to continue. I adjusted my screen to the max resolution and was just barely able to click on the top sliver of the button. I couldn't even read the button. Anyway, I wasn't able to scroll the screen down to properly read the screen. PLEASE FIX THAT PART - I couldn't resize the window - plus it was much too big for my max screen size 1600 x 900 and I wasn't able to scroll to see the bottom of the window where the buttons were.

Been using TurboTax for years, love the various import features and helpful advice as I enter data. E-Filing is a snap. Sure beats the high cost of professional tax preparers.
