Turbo tax is very easy to use for simple returns

Very easy to navigate through in completing my son's single tax returns; however, I found it a little more challenging for our tax returns (itemized), esp when it came to our retirement income & SSI.

Turbo Tax asks you the questions, and uses box numbers for information needed. Very easy to use.

Great ... and Frustrating

I love TurboTax for preparing my tax returns. And I have used it for years. However, it has become a nightmare at the end of the process, just to save the files. Throughout my work, I received messages that the files were not saving, even when they were saving. And then at the end, when trying to submit the returns, it would not because the files were supposedly not saving, even though they had saved. Then ... after a lot of frustration, a window popped up stated that the returns were submitted. So I really don't know whether I was successful or not. I will wait and see. But this is not the way I want to complete the process: wondering whether my returns are submitted or not.
