Turbo Tax is a Life Saver!

This is the best thing since sliced bread. Turbo tax takes all of the stress out of doing your taxes. It's easy yo use and breaks everything down to you so you can effectively and safely complete your taxes.

Turbo Tax 2020 Deluxe Disappointments

After using Turbo Tax for many years, the 2020 Deluxe version had two MAJOR disappointments.
1) No application software should ever require that the installation require disabling the fire wall and the virus protection system. Yet the installation of the CD said I had to do just that. Until I did the disabling, I could NOT do a successful installation.
2) I attempted to file on September 9th. Instead of telling me that I had to wait, it said something was wrong with no further explanation. Not a very good error message. Also, when I attempted to enter my credit card information to pay for e-filing my MN return, I got another set of strange messages and it seem to have conveniently forgotten my login password which I eventually reestablished (same one). The password forgetting problem has happened for several years.

It is easy to use. Would give 5 starts, except I had no previous warning I would need to retain the 16-digit download confirmation code. I had a hard time finding it.
