Return keeps getting rejected

I had to file a paper return last year (done with TurboTax) and not only did I not receive a proper Covid Tax relief payment, I can't e-file my 2020 return because my PIN from last year doesn't match IRS records. Well of course it doesn't! I didn't e-file last year. I've spent several hours on the TurboTax forums, and nowhere does it address my situation.

e-file system riddled with errors

E-files for first time and kept on saying rejected for Gross income from past year was incorrect, which it wasn't, or there was no PIN on file from last year even though this was my first e-filing

We have been filing with TurboTax for many years and have found it to be the easiest way to file. We switched to a Mac this year and needed assistance to download the program rather than use the CD. Jason spent as much time as necessary with me to resolve my issues and get my program up and running! Thanks again for your excellent products and service.

Turbo Tax 20+ year user, this year's the worst

My biggest problem was that the Turbo Tax instructions weren't clear which caused me to enter a 1099-MISC twice. When I caught the error I tried to delete one of them but it wouldn't let me. It would think Turbo Tax would be smart enough to notice that the exact same amount, whether it be a W-2, or a 1099, and flag that and tell me that this amount had already been entered and give me the option of deleting the duplicate amount. I ended up deleting the whole return and starting over with a new return. I see all those ads on TV about the Turbo Tax Live Experts, but I didn't see where that was available. Every time I went into the Help Center all it did was give me the IRS instructions for that item, nothing more.
