I've been doing my taxes with turbo tax for over 12 years. It's always been easy and accurate. This year there were some issues but once I was able to speak to an associate, she was able to help me.

Awful Printing Process!!!

Turbo Tax for 2020 was a major pain when it came time to print forms for paper filing! The program becomes cyclic with no escape. Nowhere does it tell you you must go completely outside Turbo Tax to print the .PDF and it won't print a program generated copy. Awful!
