Good, but sometimes frustrating

We are loooong time users. This is the first year we had problems. Several windows will not permit you to insert numbers. Had to go to forms view to force the numbers in. Next, IRS rejected our forms and all of the info was confirmed by SIX independent people. Is this a Turbo Tax problem? Or an IRS problem? Never happened before in the over ten years of using this program.???
