Woe unto you who forget your Turbotax.com password

In general, I love Turbotax. But, every year when it comes time to file my state taxes I have to log into Turbotax.com to pay for e filing of the state tax return. Turbotax takes me to a unique portal that Google chrome does not recognize as being Turbotax.com and so won't automatically fill in the username or password. Then, when I go to the chrome password keychain and either try to copy or look at the saved password there, Windows gets involved and wants me to enter my Windows username and password. By now you have likely ascertained that I am not an avid record keeper for usernames and passwords. Only after I have somehow figured out my Windows username and password can I finally copy and paste the correct Turbotax.com password into the state return payment portal. Now, lest you think I over dramatize - don't even get me started on the captcha hell that Turbotax puts you through should you elect to reset your password at their site. You'll be reduced to questioning 'just what constitutes a traffic light - the illuminated light lens, or the case of the traffic light'. And this is all because I want to pay Turbotax $20 to e file my state return. Through their use of these kinds of fire hoops, Turbotax actually defeats their apparent intent of protecting me and incentivizes me to start using much more easy to defeat passwords. C'mon, Turbotax, stop tormenting me when I just want to do business with you! Of course, I promise to start keeping better track of my password - next year.

Fed return rejected

My electronic filing for my federal return was rejected TWICE because Turbo Tax says I entered an incorrect AGI for 2019. I've checked multiple times and it is accurate! What the heck Turbo Tax!? I've never had this problem before!
