Not a good product

I know that my refund bank routing number is "X"ed out for security but I want to check it. I googled how and the online answers don't agree with the program. There are other places where your user interface is poor. I have used Turbotax for at least 10 years. I doubt that I will again.

2020 Somewhat Cumbersome

Some challenges using the 2020 software. Some inaccurate information (RMD requirements) and repetitive validity checks where the seems to be no way out of an endless loop. Ultimately found a number to call after much searching and an answer to the problem was identified. Ultimately successful in getting returns filed which was the goal. Much more challenging that past years but the objective ultimately achieved.

Turbo Tax can't solve any problems

My e-file has been rejected 4 times and all the corrections that were made/recommended by turbo tax had absolutely no effect. The IRS kept rejecting my e-file. So, I was forced to do a paper filing and will have to suffer a longer refund wait. Totally unsat.

It's good in general, but Error messages

When I click to "save", system was keep showing "Error 567809: Cannot save tax file or File not found" and jump to the solution page, but later, system was not clearly showing whether error was solved or not.
