Overall really great until printing state

I've used Turbo Tax for many, many years. But this year, when I wanted to print my state and mail to file ($20 to e-file..nope)...it was not all that easy to get back to just print state. User error? Possibly...but I think they need a better routing to just go directly from e-file Federal to "Do you want to print your State taxes now to file?". Instead of just offering to '...file my state taxes later'. Wishing for mistakes and people pay to file state? (May be the pessimist in me.)

The program is very good but unexpected charge not

Everything went well until the final step when I was directed to your processor and told I had to pay them $40 to process my payment for the Audit protection. When I refused I wound up in limbo and couldn't finish e-filing my Federal return. Thank God Peggy helped when I called customer service but she was limited because none of the information about my request was available to her including the confirmation number.
