Turbo Tax is Great

We have used Turbo Tax for over 30 years. My sister is a CPA and when we have had special circumstances I have had her look the return over and she has said that she would not change anything.

Software worked really good. Easy to Use.

My annual renewal came as expected and installed easily. Then when i was ready the latest updates were applied and off i went. I like being able to stop and come back later to continue my return. Everything worked well. Plenty of on screen help for new items. Also help availalbe online when i have a more detailed question.

TurboTax is annoying

It is annoying that if you are having your return go to direct deposit you must enter the routing numbers and account numbers at least 3 times between Federal and State returns. I would expect it to be able to remember and populate that information during the rest of the session.

I have been trying to fix an error and your instructions are not the same as you say they are when trying to do it. My taxes have been rejected at least twice because you made it hard to put in the IP Pin number!!!

Excellent Product

Great product. Have used it for several years. One feature that could be improved is the help feature. If you get a new tax form and go to help, help tries to explain the idea behind the form instead of how do I enter a 1099-R for example.
