I started with the free online version to get to the end and find out that I was not eligible. So we purchased the Deluxe version and could not transfer the information. Huge waste of time and effort especially since the online version asked for a code. Why couldn't there also be a location to type in the license code. That would have been amazing. It's a missed opportunity.

Easy to use, even with more complicated or detailed returns. Walked me through everything, I've filed with Turbo Tax for several years and have never had any issues.

Best tax software around

Had issues with this years program, it did not want to update correctly. Talked to support specialist and within 40 minutes issue was corrected. Have been using TurboTax for 30 years, when it was first available on 3.5 inch floppy disks. I will continue using TurboTax year after year.
