TurboTax is easy to use regardless of experience level. For those that have experience with tax preparation, can easily select topics necessary while others can use the guided steps to make sure to keep max refund entitled to.

Seems buggier than prior years. Unacceptable!

when downloading updates, it displayed 5 and 6 digit numbers and negative numbers for % complete. When it said a form was not yet officially released by IRS, I signed up for email notification..and immediately got an email saying the form was available. I immediately restarted TT but it apparently didn't update because I got the same message about the same form not being available yet. When entering 1099-R data, TT misidentified the line/box numbers in follow-up screens.

Even tho we have used Turbo Tax in prior years it is difficult to get info to transfer over and get info on prior years

TurboTax is the only way to do your taxes!

I have used TurboTax to do my taxes for the past twenty years and in my opinion, this is the only way to do them. Using TurboTax is fast, convenient and super easy when you let it guide you step by step. I will always use TurboTax to do my taxes!

This program really gives you piece of mind when doing your taxes. Especially under a pandemic where it is risky to go out to tax preparer offices.
