I really like using Turbo Tax it makes filing so easy everything is step by step. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because I have to file my State taxes by mail instead of e-filing since I refuse to pay for it.

I like that I can sit down and work on the forms as long as I like. When I find I am missing a form I can pause for a time until the form is found and then complete my taxes. I do not have to make another appointment to complete the taxes.
