Turbo Tax is accurate and easy to use.

Turbo Tax is cost effective and easy to use. Users are guided through each guided process and there are question and answer links available go provide a good guide. I have been using Turbo Tax since 2015 and I have never encountered any issues.

This 2020 Tax program has some problems!

I had a lot of problems with the program not calculating my input in the deductions section. After speaking with the tech rep I was able to get the deduction section to work. I still get a prompt to extend the time for my wife's self employed taxes the payment time even though it is not authorized. Now it won't send the tax forms electronically..
