Another Year for TurboTax

It's easy to use. However, I found out that estimated tax payments to my state are not on the state questionnaire but must be entered on the federal questionnaire. That was not obvious.

Too many glitches and issues for 2020 Turbo Tax

I feel like I had to do WAY too much investigating and researching in order to get my files correctly filled out. Posting to help desks and getting work-arounds for new 1099-NEC glitches. And no matter how many times I told it I do not want to defer payment of part of my self employment tax, it calculated it that way anyway. I had to figure out which form to manually go into and change input so my return is correct. I don't want work-arounds and to have to dig and figure out how to make the program work for me. That's the whole purpose of buying Turbo-Tax... to save me a lot of hassle. This year disappointed for sure.

Very Easy to Use

Walks you through each item, gives you instructions and indicates if having a specific income /deduction is usual. Does the math, allows you file online. You can keep copies. I have been using for 10 years

No complaints at all, we don't have complicated taxes but turbo tax makes it much easier and cheaper than going to a company.

I've been using TurboTax for a few years. It has saved me hours of time and frustration. All I have to do is gather the proper paperwork to input the information and TurboTax does the rest.
