Turbo tax support is unsatisfactory!

Your chat system is a waste of time. When asked a question - a bunch of stupid trash appears on the screen that does not even pertain to the question. An unprofessional way to do business. And you refer me to the community! I want to talk to tax expert; NOT THE COMMUNITY!!
