So Accurate and Easy!

Turbo Tax is easy to use and asks all the right questions. I never have to worry if I've done everything right, because it reminds me to look at things that might be in question. I love how it imports the information from year to year.

Disappointing in 2020

I have been a customer for over 15 years. This year the software was not compatible with my Mac, so I had to use my wife's mac and transfer all my files. No options available from Turbotax. Then, in filing a simple tax return for my deceased mother in law, it provided a stimulus credit for which she is not entitled. No option to correct from Turbotax. I am very disappointed this year.

I've been using TurboTax forever. Only 1 year did I go to an accountant (because I had sold a home) to do my taxes and saw that he used TurboTax! Now I don't even worry I trust TurboTax
