Turbo tax is awesome.

Be prepared to pay extra for state return

Turbo tax is very user friendly, however, for the price you pay, I don't think you should have to pay to send in your state refund. It is easy to use, and the checks are helpful.

Turbo Tax Deluxe is my Go To.

I have been using Turbo Tax since 1999 and I have found it to be extremely useful
in completing my Returns with no worries. There have been some years that have required the completion of many forms. If I had to pay a tax preparer for my tax returns, it would have cost me many hundreds of dollars. I estimate that I have saved approx.$2,500.over the years.The only reason I didn't give it 5 Stars, is because I think There needs to be a safe guard in Turbo Tax that would require a PIN in order to sign in. Presently, anyone who has access to my computer, can pull up my Turbo Tax information. You might want to consider that.

Great software

I have used this application for many years and find it very effective. I was surprised in having to incur a $40 processing fee. Why should there be an exorbitant fee after you have I have spent $40 to purchase your software. You also don't learn about it until you are processing your refund. Very disappointing!
