Pretty easy for simple returns

The only thing I have had an issue with the last 2 years is that I have not been prompted to enter my 1098-T. Other than that it's pretty easy to use.

The Only Tax Prep Software I Use!!!

Turbo Tax has been the only Tax Prep software I have used to file my taxes almost since their first year of production. It's easy to use and had the answers when I had questions. I will continue to use TurboTax until they stop making it. Keep up the good work.

Surprise with flem-flam

I've always used TurboTax to efile for years, but this will be the last time I use this type of program. I paid for Deluxe with State filing and somehow I got billed for a service (TAXrepresentation) I never used before and got forced to comply or I would have to mail it in.

I have been using Turbo Tax to to prepare and file my taxes for the past 12 years. I really like the way it navigates you though all the steps to ensure that you get all you tax deductions legally and fast.

Could be better

TurboTax is a very good product and I have used it for 25 years. However it was much better when it was possible to print any screen I wanted to print such as the screen with confirmation my return was efiled. It was also better when help topics were available to explain various items such as filing status, who qualifies as a dependent, etc and those help screens could be printed for later reference. Now it seems to be necessary to download instructions or publications from the IRS website if I want an explanation, especially if I want to be able to refer to it later.

Always Easy

I've filed my taxes using TurboTax for at least 25 years. I've never had a problem and always feel confident that I've filed the best return possible for my situation each year. There's no other way to do your taxes!
