Turbo Tax is Tops

Turbo Tax guides me through every detail connected to completing and filing an accurate tax return. It is efficient and I never feel that my time is being wasted. The questions are clear and precise.

Filling out my taxes with Turbo Tax is so easy. Paying my state fee for filing was very hard. Seems the screens are so large, none of the continue or ORDER buttons appear at the bottom. Can't scroll down or up at all to see more screen. Marcia in your customer help was great and finally got me through the process by charging me cc and giving me a # to type in the screen finally getting me though it. Yay for Marcia.
